Julz Develpment Group was formed in 2006 by developer Denis Michaels from Johnstown, Pennsylvania. JDG was formed with the intention on building Richland Township's Newest and Exciting Development, Skyview Estates. JDG is run by Denis Michaels, wife, Julia and daughter, Julianna. Mr. Michaels has been a contractor/developer for over 30 years and his resume includes both Residental and Commercial Developments. Residential developments include Layton Lane and Genny Lane Housing Developments. Commercial Developments include East Hills Plaza as well as Free- Standing Dollar Generals and Advance Autos.
